I am thoroughly confused. Confused about so many things but right now scratching my head over this one. We knew who Graham Platner was the day he declared his intentions to be Democratic Senator of Maine. A few little blips and blurbs were mentioned on social media. His own wife told his staff he was sending explicit sex messages to other women. He had a totenkopf tattoo he claims he had no idea was connected with the Nazi regime. Yet none of this is cause enough for outrage. Is it normal then? Are men regularly sending out graphic texts as the new one liner? "Hey babe, what's your sign? Look at my penis." But now a woman has come forward and claimed Platner raped her. Hoowah, look at everyone on him like flies on shit. 

Let's give him the benefit of the doubt because there's still the presumption of innocence, right? The timing is rather interesting that she comes forward now. Hell, the guy could be a target of fallacious accusations. Maybe he didn't know he was wearing a Nazi tattoo. Maybe his wife is just a bitter woman getting back at him, apparently keeping him on the straight and narrow because they're working it out. Ugh.

Maybe he just has too much baggage right now and should step down. But all of a sudden the Dems are strongly advising him to quit, drop out and let the crying hypocrite win again. 

This time we can't blame MAGA or Trump or Taylor Swift. It's a Democrat blunder. It seems decent moral humans, with the exception of a few, no longer want to represent America. Now the job is being taken over by grifters, liars and really awful people. 

I like Bernie Sanders, but where were you when you heard about the sext messages? Platner was our only guy? I've seen posts on Bluesky from big influencers who say bite our tongue and vote for him anyway. He's a piece of garbage but he's our garbage. Yeah, that's terrific. But look, we've had men in office who were players and they did the job they were sworn in to uphold. John F Kennedy, Robert F Kennedy, the other brother, Kennedy. I see praise for Thomas Jefferson all the time. He was just voted as one of the most influential presidents and yet he kept a slave who had her own hidden room, to fuck and have children with. Good thing DNA came along or else his white offspring would still be denying their black siblings. 

Look who's in the oval office? Look who's in the Epstein files. We absolutely knew these people were ugly, raping shits, yet in America, you get a pass. And we wonder why the young men today are assholes. 

No one is really concerned about where Platner sticks his dick. It's a guy thing, after all. Just keep it quiet, play the game, pretend you're a good human and your life will be awesome. You'll also make a killing in the market and crypto.

The Dems are speaking out now because the story has gotten too big, no chance to keep it under the radar any longer. 

Frankly, I'm just sick of all of it.

The Best Books Of All Time?

  😬 I consider myself an avid reader. Having noted that, there are very few books I have read from The Guardian's best 100 books of all time. My list is less than a dozen, even counting a few I started and never finished. 174 prominent writers participated in creating brain food for your pleasure. They each contributed ten of their favorite reads and someone somewhere somehow tabulated the favorites. Without further ado, the number one book of all time is ...... Middlemarch. The fucking hell it is. Lol. Like art, what you like is subjective. Some people believe Manga is good stuff. Others prefer historical novels, blah, blah, blah. I suppose the list is supposed to be taken more seriously because actual writers who make a living writing books have listed what they deemed the best read. I'm not a writer. I suppose like a musician who reads notes, understands the structure, the form, the timbre, they can recognize the whole. I just want a book that will entertain me and not try...

Benny, Benny And No Regrets

  It's just so hard to keep up with maga creeps. Here's Benny  Johnson, the guy who started the rumor that DC was a cesspool. He also claimed his house burned down while his family was in it. He's a liar. His house never burned down. You really can't believe much of what this asshat says because he has a habit of playing with facts. He also likes to steal other people's words. He has been fired and suspended numerous times for plagiarism, at least 41 times. It just boggles my mind when these people blatantly lie, then are outraged when called out.
