Oh, One More Thing...


I think I can handle watching the extreme violence in the Saw movies because they are so over the top. Same with Kill Bill. There's a bit of satisfaction seeing people get what they deserve. Can we have a Saw XI where we finally round up the Trump regime? Just a thought.

Something a little closer to home in Washington County where some board members want to rename Washington Street to The Charlie Kirk Way. It truly makes me sick. Be warned Washington County, if I ever get up that way, those $50,000 signs will be used as cat litter shovels. Just sayin'.

Okay, this is the winner of the weird news award. A woman has been squatting in a hospital room since last October. She refuses to leave. I don't know why she was admitted and I surely don't know why she is allowed to stay. How does she get her meals!? Does she ever get out of the bed!? If this is a woke thing I'm gonna hand in my membership card. You get a wheelchair, plop her in it and wheel her out the door. Same with these squatters who just walk into a home and declare it theirs. Ha! Not gonna happen.

Oh, this is interesting. I do watch a few YouTube videos where the perp is stopped by the police. Usually there is good reason to stop them, but what bothers me is when the police officer asks, "Where ya coming from? Where ya headed?" It's none of your damn business, officer. And according to a YouTube lawyer, it isn't. They just want to trap you. "Oh, you were at Al's Bait and Beer Tavern?" You do not have to tell them your itinerary. Just be polite and refuse to answer. Hand them your license, insurance information and registration. That is all.

This is kind of interesting, and I wonder if it's also a bit gruesome. Coming in May, a Chicago museum will have a recreation of the annex Anne Frank and her family hid from during the Nazi invasion. I've read the book several times and it never fails to move me deeply. I think I would like to go and see it. I think I might fall apart if I did. Right now, families in this country are doing the same thing- hiding from men in masks and even from nosey Karens who want them deported. It's unfathomable to see history being repeated. Never in my life could I have imagined this scenario, even knowing there was always the Maga mentality. They are no better than German citizens who cheered on the Nazis and Hitler. I'm seeing more and more Trump former supporters admitting they did a stupid thing. They are angry at their orange man because they didn't expect to be included in his shit show. I notice a few on the woke side starting to be more sympathetic. Don't go there, y'all. Stay angry. They cannot be forgiven. 

One more thought before I go. Once again the USPS wants to raise the cost of a stamp to 95 cents. They have been losing money for years, but are indentured servants to our government. I haven't mailed a letter in probably five years. I get one bill a month because when I call this company to go paperless they just make my life a living hell. Last week I asked my sister to print out a pretty picture on her fancy printer and mail it to me. An 8 by 11 standard piece of paper which weighs nothing cost around $5 to mail. It's absolutely ridiculous and this whole mail thing needs to be rethunk and reduxed. Cut the hours if ya gotta. We don't need mail delivered every day. Times are a changing. You have to think ahead and pivot. 

Oh, and one more thing... I'm looking forward to the weekend only because it will give us a break from you know who. I don't recognize my neighbors anymore because we've aged twenty years in one. Seriously, man, if there is a god, now's the time. You have one job! I'll go to church every Sunday and get on my busted knees for you if you just do this one little favor. He's usually up in the am, ranting. An aneurysm would be nice, but anything, just anything will be fine.

  It's just so hard to keep up with maga creeps. Here's Benny  Johnson, the guy who started the rumor that DC was a cesspool. He also claimed his house burned down while his family was in it. He's a liar. His house never burned down. You really can't believe much of what this asshat says because he has a habit of playing with facts. He also likes to steal other people's words. He has been fired and suspended numerous times for plagiarism, at least 41 times. It just boggles my mind when these people blatantly lie, then are outraged when called out. People like Johnson, Trump and Leavitt have probably lived their whole lives creating a make believe existence where lying is the norm.
