Hump Wednesday 8

The Late, Late, Late movie. When I was a kid, apparently I'd watch anything, even a movie about a tall guy who carried a bat and made people behave. Seems Buford Pusser is the number one suspect in the death of his wife. He claims they were ambushed in a car and she was shot. I wonder how they figure these things out after all these years?

Morgan Geyser is going back to the mental health institute where she will serve the rest of her sentence after escaping a group home a few months ago. She had been diagnosed with severe schizophrenia, yet a few boobs decided she was well enough to spend her days amongst society. Yeah, a girl who stabs another child nineteen times to please a fictional character is not working with all cylinders. Shame on people for endangering others.

Don't use the Newark Liberty International airport if you can help it. It's been voted the worst in the world. That says a lot. Like- it's really bad. My trip on Christmas day will take a full twenty minutes. Just saying.

Wow, I wonder how much Queen Elizabeth knew about her favorite son? She must have been given intel into his egregious behavior. What a douchebag. Too bad the perps in this country ignore the evidence. Clinton says release it all. He has nothing to hide. Trump says, "stfu and watch me name everything after me."

I'm extremely tired, having only gotten a few hours sleep last night. I'd love to go back to bed but have been waiting on the HVAC guy to come and bleed the radiators. It's been several years since it's been done and I know what happens when you don't get the air and water out of them. They clink and clank and explode and water comes out. (Update: They never showed)

As much as I enjoy the help AI gives me regarding information (that's sarcasm) I was quite ticked off with its response to a question I had regarding the death by speeding Ferrari. The whole horrific event was filmed by someone standing on the side of the road. There were several people standing on the side of the road watching the Farrari speed out of a tunnel and crash, killing Vince Zampella and his passenger. I had googled the question, "Why were people standing on the side of the road?" You know how some people get ticked off when they think you asked a dumb question? Well, AI gave me an attitude and replied to my query. "There was no one standing on the side of the road prior to the accident. People only ran to try and help after seeing the car crash and burn." You, AI, are an f-ing liar. How do you presume the crash was recorded? And on that recording, how do you explain people in the video, standing on the side of the road, waiting for something to come out of the tunnel? Ugh. I'm not going to call what happened an accident. Not when you are deliberately speeding on a curved highway. It was a preventable situation. Unfortunately, a passenger died.

Gee, this post isn't very Christmassy, is it? Hmmm... what says Christmas? Breathing in frasier fir, hot chocolate, spiced rum and woodsmoke. Pulling another line of scotch tape off the dispenser. Eating homemade sugar cookies while watching, 'White Christmas.' Hiding presents in the dryer. Watching the snow fall as Christmas lights flicker and the fireplace glows. Hugging the people you love.

Don't forget the presents in the trunk of the car.
