*This is law speak for dummies. What is a SLAPP? In dummy terms it's a frivolous lawsuit created to threaten and intimidate someone breathing down your neck. Trump is king of the lawsuits. He absolutely loves them. Was it his idea to have his concubine go after Michael Wolff? More than likely. Melania doesn't seem the type to get out of her coffin unless summoned by "Donowd."

Oops. You poked the wrong person, Melania. One thing we can truthfully say about Trump's lawyers. They are terrible, the worst, the dumbest, most corrupt and lacking of any ethics or morals. That's a lot of lawyers, but in this case you'd think a powerful man, the leader of a whatever this is right now could hire the best. I'm sure he has tried. They want nothing to do with him so he is relegated to pick among the bottom of the barrel. Apparently, Melania has learned the same tactic as her pimp, the orange man and has threatened to sue Michael Wolff which is backfiring. Bigly. Wolff has been claiming Melania was very much involved with Jeffrey Epstein and his shenanigans. She told him he better shut up. Wolff doesn't like to be told to shut up and in fact, watching him on The Daily Beast podcasts, he rarely shuts up. I can see why people don't warm up to Wolff. He can be rude and dismissive. He's also nosey and intelligent which makes for a good reporter. He's now suing Melania for $1 billion. Haha. He'll never get that, but that wasn't his plan. Now that she has opened the Pandora's box, he can subpoena her and get a hold of certain papers, like an Epstein list, perhaps? Naturally, Trump and his boobs will delay this as long as possible. I don't know legally how Wolff can step up the process. I'm sure we'll have a new ballroom by then. Trump hopefully will be dead. Melania will marry another ugly, aging billionaire and sell her wares to whoever's willing, although she's far too old for most men with big money. They like them young. Very young. They have the money to pay people to shut up and to shut others up. Not this time. 

I hope Wolff's lawyer advised him to hire some bodyguards and stay away from windows. Trump's modus operandi is to sue. It's his second favorite thing to do after decorating. Stay tuned, kids.

I must add allegedly to everything written above. I don't want to be slapped.

Denver, Dover, Dever

  OMG! Kelly Denver, I mean Dover, no, Dever was on the stand in the Karen Read Trial. Holy Moly!  In 2023, she wrote a statement claiming she saw two Canton police officers who were in the sallyport "for a wildly long time." where Karen Read's SUV had been towed. Now Devers, who gets snippy if her name is mispronounced, says that was all a false memory. She now says she wasn't even working at the time the SUV was brought in. Taking the stand on Monday, she accused the defense of angrily confronting her after learning she had changed her testimony, then Dever's states they threatened to charge her with perjury. She said she went to the FBI to make a complaint. Alan Jackson, the defense attorney asks, "Do you have a report?" Naturally, she did not, because she made no such report.  Of all the people who have pissed me off, and there is a long list, she is by far the worst. She is a cop whose recall of events is crucial. She is hostile and a terrible liar....

   Gosh, well isn't that generous. $5,000.  I'm gonna go out right now and find me an Elon, ready to spare some sperm and have me some babies. I'll be rich! Oh, wait... Ooh, that's gonna put a dent in my FA for the cause. Let's see... $5,000 - $2,854 = $2,146 left for me to... Oh, wait... Hmm... so, $70 x 12 = $840, which leaves me with $1,306. So, I will need a bassinet, crib, some bedding, burpy towels, baby wipes, baby bottles, formula, breast pump, room monitor, pediatrician, onesies, uh ... I need to work! Who's going to care for my baby while I'm gone!? I'm so tired. I can't do this. The government has shut down all assistance. What am I going to do with a baby!? I think I'll go have a glass of wine with my peeps instead. *All information Googled.
