I saw this AITA post where a woman asks if she's the asshole because she has made it a rule to never, ever lend money to anyone. Her sister's daughter, her niece, has cancer. Her sister wanted to borrow $20,000 for an experimental treatment. Was she the asshole for saying, no?

After reading Dracula and enjoying it very much, I noticed Max Miller had a recipe he recreated from the book, chicken hendl, which is chicken paprikash, which is chicken covered in paprika. Now since Dracula has no help he was doing the cooking and cleaning which makes me chuckle. I'm going to try it for Thanksgiving. The kicker is it must be vegetarian, so we'll see what happens. Miller puts this recipe at the top of his list. 

Oh, and yes, sister, you are the asshole. Bigly.

I wouldn't call Sydney Sweeney unattractive, but I also don't get why so many guys get all excited about her like she's the new Helen of Troy. She seems basically ordinary looking to me.

Good to know about the desiccant packets. I've worried sometimes I ate one by mistake. :D

Denver, Dover, Dever

  OMG! Kelly Denver, I mean Dover, no, Dever was on the stand in the Karen Read Trial. Holy Moly!  In 2023, she wrote a statement claiming she saw two Canton police officers who were in the sallyport "for a wildly long time." where Karen Read's SUV had been towed. Now Devers, who gets snippy if her name is mispronounced, says that was all a false memory. She now says she wasn't even working at the time the SUV was brought in. Taking the stand on Monday, she accused the defense of angrily confronting her after learning she had changed her testimony, then Dever's states they threatened to charge her with perjury. She said she went to the FBI to make a complaint. Alan Jackson, the defense attorney asks, "Do you have a report?" Naturally, she did not, because she made no such report.  Of all the people who have pissed me off, and there is a long list, she is by far the worst. She is a cop whose recall of events is crucial. She is hostile and a terrible liar....

   Gosh, well isn't that generous. $5,000.  I'm gonna go out right now and find me an Elon, ready to spare some sperm and have me some babies. I'll be rich! Oh, wait... Ooh, that's gonna put a dent in my FA for the cause. Let's see... $5,000 - $2,854 = $2,146 left for me to... Oh, wait... Hmm... so, $70 x 12 = $840, which leaves me with $1,306. So, I will need a bassinet, crib, some bedding, burpy towels, baby wipes, baby bottles, formula, breast pump, room monitor, pediatrician, onesies, uh ... I need to work! Who's going to care for my baby while I'm gone!? I'm so tired. I can't do this. The government has shut down all assistance. What am I going to do with a baby!? I think I'll go have a glass of wine with my peeps instead. *All information Googled.
