The Cubs Are Cursed!

 


I curse them here. You stupid bastards! Here's the thing- fans are not allowed to bring in political signs, wear political shirts or paraphernalia. They will be escorted out the door, which makes perfectly good sense. I don't want to see a sea of red hats in the crowd as I'm sure the red hatters would not like me wearing my Trump in prison T-shirt. The ballgame is neutral territory. And yet, that was ruined by two players who stood beside Charlie Kirk, all three grinning from ear to ear, in the ballpark. 

Let's discuss Charlie Kirk. The only thing we have in common is we both thought about going to Harper Community College. Fortunately for me, I went elsewhere. Kirk couldn't hack the first year and dropped out.

He believes in nationalism, that vaccines are dangerous, the Bible should be in our government and classrooms, he's a white supremacist, antisemitic, anti women, Trump loving dick.

Now I can only assume Matt Shaw and Michael Busch are grinning so hard because they are honored to stand next to this man who is a walking piece of garbage. The fact they posed with this shit which is supposed to be neutral ground makes my blood boil. If the Cubs management remains silent, then they are condoning the behavior of all three of these deplorables. The bar has always been low for professional athletes to me. They are the dumb jocks who have great physical abilities which was offset with empty heads. Shaw and Busch have proven my point, which reinforces my belief athletes should stfu and do what they do best and let their handlers do the talking. In this case, apologize for having two stupid numnuts posing with Kirk. They should let their community know they do not condone the ass kissing photo op on hallowed ground. Let's start there, but the shine is gone. The great year the Cubs had is tarnished by these wretches. 

The curse remains.

Denver, Dover, Dever

  OMG! Kelly Denver, I mean Dover, no, Dever was on the stand in the Karen Read Trial. Holy Moly!  In 2023, she wrote a statement claiming she saw two Canton police officers who were in the sallyport "for a wildly long time." where Karen Read's SUV had been towed. Now Devers, who gets snippy if her name is mispronounced, says that was all a false memory. She now says she wasn't even working at the time the SUV was brought in. Taking the stand on Monday, she accused the defense of angrily confronting her after learning she had changed her testimony, then Dever's states they threatened to charge her with perjury. She said she went to the FBI to make a complaint. Alan Jackson, the defense attorney asks, "Do you have a report?" Naturally, she did not, because she made no such report.  Of all the people who have pissed me off, and there is a long list, she is by far the worst. She is a cop whose recall of events is crucial. She is hostile and a terrible liar....

   Gosh, well isn't that generous. $5,000.  I'm gonna go out right now and find me an Elon, ready to spare some sperm and have me some babies. I'll be rich! Oh, wait... Ooh, that's gonna put a dent in my FA for the cause. Let's see... $5,000 - $2,854 = $2,146 left for me to... Oh, wait... Hmm... so, $70 x 12 = $840, which leaves me with $1,306. So, I will need a bassinet, crib, some bedding, burpy towels, baby wipes, baby bottles, formula, breast pump, room monitor, pediatrician, onesies, uh ... I need to work! Who's going to care for my baby while I'm gone!? I'm so tired. I can't do this. The government has shut down all assistance. What am I going to do with a baby!?
