Rosie vs. Cheeto

I took a nap and woke up to find the orange man going after Rosie O'Donnell. I guess he's angry she left the country because she doesn't want to deal with our dystopian world.

I'm on the fence with people who can just up and walk away from their native country because life is pretty shitty. That's weird. No, not them. Me. Why should someone stick around when life gets rough when you don't have to? How many Jewish people left Germany because it truly did suck for them? People get up and leave all the time to find a happy place, so why does that bother me?

I honestly don't know what I'd do if I had the funds to move elsewhere. Besides, where else would I go? We aren't exactly welcome in other countries. I could insert myself into my Swedish family as they all look upon me with pity. I don't speak the language and I won't eat lutefisk. Canada is too friendly. I'd feel bad for being such a bitch.

Who's going to stay here and fight the fight?

I remember reading, 'Angela's Ashes,' by Frank McCourt years ago. McCourt was born in the Bronx, but his parents went back to Ireland when he was very young, where they lived in wretched misery until Frank got out. He got out by mostly stealing his fare from a dead woman he was working for. It always amazes how people who have nothing somehow managed to raise the necessary funds to cross the ocean, but desperation will find a way.

Funny, McCourt came here to leave the troubles in Ireland and Rosie moves there to leave the shit storm in America.

But, enough about Rosie and the blob. It's a distraction. He wants everyone off the Epstein list, off ICE, off the fact that his kingdom is crumbling with inner fighting and backstabbing.

I'm guessing O'Donnell will have a response. She doesn't seem the type that stays silent, especially when you have the right amount of money to be able to tell the fool to go stick it.

I'm going back to bed.
