The Cover-up of The Cover-up
Robert Reich rubs me the wrong way. He always has. Last night I read an article which mentioned several books which describe the decline of Joe Biden and the possible coverup during his presidency. He claims these books are distractions. We should be focused on the nutter in office. Hey, Robert, I can read a book and still remain in tune to what's happening in D.C.. Whether you believe it to be true or whether it's just sensationalized rhetoric I'm going to read it! And so far what I have read, just small bites from Jake Tapper and Alex Thompson's book seem absolutely plausible.
Biden was not well. We've seen it!
Jill Biden acted like his caregiver. We have video!
Biden is one stubborn man who refused to see the reality that he was struggling. He had a circle of aides who ignored or enabled his decline. Again, you need only to look to see that it's true.
So, because he was a decent president we are supposed to overlook the obvious?
For days before 'Original Sin' even came out, people called it garbage. They hadn't even read it!
Robert Reich wants us to move on, forgheddaboudit, because it's no longer relevant. So, stop reading about Obama, Reagan, Truman... they're all irrelevant.
The more people tell me not to read 'Original Sin' the more I'm convinced I should.
