Dems Who Stayed Home

Shaming is still a powerful tool. It's usually meant to hurt or bully someone, so it's not a weapon nice people like to use.

Start getting mean, my lefty liberal friends.

I have yet to confront a maga because I don't travel in their circus. Before the massacree of November 5th I recall sitting in a restaurant next to two women who were discussing the upcoming election. They were loud so I couldn't not listen as 'Karen' opined there was no other choice than Trump. 'Camel-ah' would ruin the country. She'd let all those illegals in. No one would be safe.

Naturally, I was disgusted with what she was saying. But, I sat there. She continued to ramble on showing her ignorance and hate.

I sat there.

I'm not sure what I would do differently today. I am not a verbally articulate person. I choke when it comes to choosing words to make my point, to sting a bit, to shame, although, it's hard to pierce a maga. If you have ever watched the movie, 'A Christmas Story,' when Ralphie's dad fights with the furnace and swears a blue streak of nonsensical words. "Badabingagadda..."

Yeah, that's me.

I know if this happened now I would request a table elsewhere, loudly, and with complete disgust in my voice. I would then stand up and give her the dad stare. Maybe even the finger, but that's rather childish.

But. What about the Dems who stayed home? What do we do about them?

I am so angry with them. They are as complicit as the uneducated, racist, ugly red hatters who did vote. No one talks much about the liberals who opted out. They have been silent, unlike magas who come out, weeping and blubbering and confessing their stupidity. Dems who did not vote remain silent just as they did when they stayed home.

Shame on you. This is on your head.
