Get a Kluwe


I've never heard of Chris Kluwe  until today when I read a news article stating he had been arrested at a town hall meeting in Huntington Beach, California, for protesting the recent plaque put up in the city's central library. The plaque is an acrostic using, MAGA. I won't show the plaque, or write what is says. It's all sick sh*t created by the current regime which mimics the past regime headed by Adolph Hitler. 

We need more people like Kluwe. I know it's scary. I'm sure anyone who defied the Nazis were terrified. Bit by bit the rights of Jews were taken away. Their businesses were closed. They were forced to move, forced to wear armbands, forced onto trains, and forced into gas chambers. 

No one believed one person could be that vile. People scoffed at the rumors of concentration camps, starvation, and murder. Just like now, when people use the laugh emoji to respond to the plight of people being deported or losing their jobs. An f-ing emoji.

Millions of people have died to never, ever see another future with another Hitler. Are we going to ignore the past?

Personally, I think we are there, the purge has begun. It makes me sick to see Americans cheer on the orange cretin. I don't understand their mindset other than they are so full of hate for someone who looks different from them, someone who thinks differently. 

We need more Chris Kluwes. 

I nearly went into completely shutting myself off from any news after the November election, but I realized that's not the answer- to be ignorant of the reality.

Emerge (from this dystopian society)

We are smarter. We can fight. When it comes to losing our humanity, sometimes we need to use every means possible to keep it, and yes, that's the conundrum for most good people. Just don't give up.

I'm a huge MN Vikings football fan. He was a voice of advocacy for basic dignity in his time playing in Minnesota. Good guy that's used his 15 minutes of fame and short insanely high earnings window to think beyond himself.

Denver, Dover, Dever

  OMG! Kelly Denver, I mean Dover, no, Dever was on the stand in the Karen Read Trial. Holy Moly!  In 2023, she wrote a statement claiming she saw two Canton police officers who were in the sallyport "for a wildly long time." where Karen Read's SUV had been towed. Now Devers, who gets snippy if her name is mispronounced, says that was all a false memory. She now says she wasn't even working at the time the SUV was brought in. Taking the stand on Monday, she accused the defense of angrily confronting her after learning she had changed her testimony, then Dever's states they threatened to charge her with perjury. She said she went to the FBI to make a complaint. Alan Jackson, the defense attorney asks, "Do you have a report?" Naturally, she did not, because she made no such report.  Of all the people who have pissed me off, and there is a long list, she is by far the worst. She is a cop whose recall of events is crucial. She is hostile and a terrible liar....

   Gosh, well isn't that generous. $5,000.  I'm gonna go out right now and find me an Elon, ready to spare some sperm and have me some babies. I'll be rich! Oh, wait... Ooh, that's gonna put a dent in my FA for the cause. Let's see... $5,000 - $2,854 = $2,146 left for me to... Oh, wait... Hmm... so, $70 x 12 = $840, which leaves me with $1,306. So, I will need a bassinet, crib, some bedding, burpy towels, baby wipes, baby bottles, formula, breast pump, room monitor, pediatrician, onesies, uh ... I need to work! Who's going to care for my baby while I'm gone!? I'm so tired. I can't do this. The government has shut down all assistance. What am I going to do with a baby!? I think I'll go have a glass of wine with my peeps instead. *All information Googled.
