Lowered Expectations

So, the government is easing up on certain restrictions in the hiring process. If you hired a hooker in your past, that's ok, you can still be an FBI agent. It's now a case by case assessment. I can only assume the reason the agency is lowering standards is that they can't get good people to join the team. The deed must have been done at least ten years ago, so if you're 25, you hired a hooker when you were fifteen. 

Lowering expectations has been going on for quite some time in America. Teaching is a low wage and stressful job. No one wants to do it. It could be why we have uneducated citizens who wouldn't be able to find Lake America on a map. Our scientists are moving to countries who appreciate them. The best and the brightest have choices and they choose respect and the ability to do their job without government interference, especially from those in power who have no idea what they are doing. I can't blame them. Most of them have worked long and hard and ate a lot of ramen to enter a field that requires vast knowledge. The American regime doesn't want them. 

I don't have a problem giving people second chances. We all made choices we regret and shouldn't have to pay for them the rest of our lives. Paying for sex years ago shouldn't really be a lifelong mark on your record. Eventually, before this term has mercifully ended, standards might be lowered a bit more. They're already scraping the barrel when hiring cowardly thugs who need to cover their faces as they gleefully go after humans. Sadists, rapists, pedophiles, felons... they are all welcome into the ICE club. Ya gotta be a little off your nut to want to be in law enforcement, yet, even then there are rules to follow. Soon, those too might be changed in order to hire Bubba, who owes $30,000 in child support, has three DWI's, four ex wives who all have restraining orders on him, but he can shoot a tin can 750 yards away.

We've had a problem long before Trump came along. Our standards have never been high. Maybe we've been too spoiled with all this freedom. Perhaps we assume we're entitled to do as we please because the Constitution gave us rights. And like the Bible, people like to interpret its meaning to suit their narrative. It's a slippery slope and we're sliding down it.

She's Still Dead

   Ashli Babbitt was a traitor to this country. They can have all the ceremonial shenanigans the military likes to present as the deceased has been offered full military honors (We all know who requested that) it still won't negate the fact that she and thugs like her stormed a government building to do harm to others. They shit in the hallways. They carried confederate flags. They brought zip ties, bats and rage. Benny, Benny And No Regrets

  It's just so hard to keep up with maga creeps. Here's Benny  Johnson, the guy who started the rumor that DC was a cesspool. He also claimed his house burned down while his family was in it. He's a liar. His house never burned down. You really can't believe much of what this asshat says because he has a habit of playing with facts. He also likes to steal other people's words. He has been fired and suspended numerous times for plagiarism, at least 41 times. It just boggles my mind when these people blatantly lie, then are outraged when called out. People like Johnson, Trump and Leavitt have probably lived their whole lives creating a make believe existence where lying is the norm.
