Until Next Time

Ok, I go I can understand why there is very little discussion on Bluesky regarding the release of twenty hostages from Hamas back to Israel. One, it's a temporary ceasefire. The hate will not be tempered. Forgive and forget are not what either side will live by. Right now they are all tired and need a break. The other reason this story is not going viral on liberal feeds is because they'd have to acknowledge Trump and the possibility he may have had a hand in ending this war. That's nine wars he has ended since January, folks. We will never hear the end of it from the orange man, and if he had any influence, well, I'll give him a hand.👏. So now that a ceasefire has been declared, what's left? Let's see... A vindictive and angry Israeli prime minister, a terrorist group that is as strong as ever, Palestinians who will seek revenge and never forget what was done to them. Unfortunately, they won't blame Hamas, but Israel. I still don't understand the motive behind the October 7th raid, where innocent people who were at a music festival were kidnapped, tortured, raped and killed. And yes, I understand Netanyahu's rage in the beginning that went unchecked and out of control. It's clear his intention was to go in and slash and burn. It no longer mattered when babies were burned, when children cried for food. For as long as I have lived Israelis and Palestinians have been at each other's throats. I have little doubt this truce will be permanent. I also know Americans will pay the price, literally. We also now have one egotistical, narcissistic, demented blowhard who has been fed and will crave more adulation and obedience as he takes down frogs and unicorns.

To the hostages, welcome home.

*A bit of an update. According to Keith Edwards, the ceasefire was planned nine months ago by Biden. Allegedly Trump and Netanyahu kept the slaughter going to make Trump the star and Biden the chump. 🤷

Yeah, it just seems like more of the same bullshit over there.
