The Comeback


I didn't get to watch Jon Stewart last night in real time, but I did catch it later on YouTube. Omg. I had no idea how Stewart was going to skewer Trump for having his minions suspend Jimmy Kimmel. I knew he couldn't rant and rave for twenty minutes, so what the crew actually did was brilliant. They seemingly acquiesced to the orange man. It was hilarious. At first. Then it just got real. It was so painful to see where we are with this insane man. The show showed clips of Trump reading off a tablet some nonsense during a fancy dinner. It was excruciating to watch him stumble through a speech written by someone else. He talked about beloved authors which is blasphemy when coming from his chapped lips. He had not a clue who any of the names he was reading off because he hasn't read a book. Charles and dinner guests were in pain listening to him. Good. You deserve some pain, Chuck. You invited this weasel to your table. 

The Daily Show ended with the gang singing a song in obedience to the fascist. What a terrific bite in Trump's ass. Since I'm no longer perusing social media I don't know how Trump took it. He might even believe they really are bowing to him. 

I did see a blurb where Brendan Carr said Kimmel can have his job back if he apologizes and donates a massive amount of money to probably some right wing group, even to Kirk's organization, Turning Point USA, which his wife is now the CEO. That'll be short lived. Kirk's sycophants won't tolerate a woman in charge, even though she really won't be. It's all in name. She can now live off his death as she did when he was alive. 

Ok, back to being normal. Mod podge and glitter. Oh, yeah.

Benny, Benny And No Regrets

  It's just so hard to keep up with maga creeps. Here's Benny  Johnson, the guy who started the rumor that DC was a cesspool. He also claimed his house burned down while his family was in it. He's a liar. His house never burned down. You really can't believe much of what this asshat says because he has a habit of playing with facts. He also likes to steal other people's words. He has been fired and suspended numerous times for plagiarism, at least 41 times. It just boggles my mind when these people blatantly lie, then are outraged when called out. People like Johnson, Trump and Leavitt have probably lived their whole lives creating a make believe existence where lying is the norm. At some point it just becomes routine where they find lying acceptable and necessary. To me they are empty shells of mindless walking automatons. They live in a bubble of falsehoods. Wishful Thinking

  Bluesky got my hopes up with rumors of Trump's possible passing because his bronze glow up and swelling cankles were incognito for a few days. He also hasn't been ranting on False Social. Naturally, I went looking only to find he is still breathing, but looking like the grim reaper may be his caddy. It's a weird social phenomenon when normally nice people are wishing for the death of one orange man by natural causes. You know we could hurry this along by other means. Just saying. At this point I don't see anyone stepping up to the plate. It appears only Magas like to murder and buy guns like the left buys books. There is another way, which is as likely as the other idea and that is, Congress growing some balls. Sorry, ladies but you can grow a pair, too.
