Mayor Fadoose
Friday. Let's look on the bright side of life. This guy. The Daily Mail tries really hard to find something bad to say about him and fail. He's young, he's handsome, he's intelligent and he's on our side. He is doing what he said he would do, although, don't ask a New York librarian right now. They might break their own "shhhhsh" rules. Seems Zohran promised them enough funds to keep the libraries in good shape. Unfortunately, the funds weren't there. He says he hasn't forgotten his promise and will do everything he can to make things right. Landlords might hate him, too. Billionaires, as well. The common folk, that's you and me, we like him. Except for Debra Messing. She blames him for 9/11. He was nine years old.
And children. Just watch how they are at ease in his presence, how they can talk to him without him telling them that there's a war raging and they better behave- something you know who would do.
I have zero interest in basketball. Especially now when every New Yorker is a Knicks fan. I don't get the group mentality stuff, but everyone seems happy and that's the important thing. The decree proclaiming children are exempt from a bedtime curfew was brilliant and the cherry on top was that in was written in comic sans font. It just shows how he and his staff care about the people and not a suitcase filled with Bitcoin and gold.
So, if you're feeling like life is one big shit show, it mostly is - but there is light. And guess what, we the people, still have the power to choose to go to the light.
