Shut 'Er Down

 


Mike Johnson was on the Today Show talking with host, Craig Melvin about the government shutdown. Melvin had six visual polls depicting who the American citizens blame for the shutdown. I've never given two fingers up so hard in my life as the smarmy little man denied it was the Republicans fault, although every single chart duly noted we think it is. Because- it is. Johnson claims it is the best deal for everyone. He doesn't understand why people can't get on board the germ laden bus, or why we don't want to pay $6 for an aspirin. At this time, I'm not concerned about the parks or the museums. We'll survive not seeing mummies and bears. I am concerned, as are the Democrats in D.C. that people will die if the Republicans have their way. They claim illegal immigrants are receiving free healthcare, which is absolutely false. They know it, but they need to feed the lemmings this lie. The money is there but the orange man wants to use our tax money to hire more ICE agents, build walls, deport immigrants and US citizens and go after anyone who stands in his way. We can see Trump has carte blanche to run amok. Unlike his first term where he had a few people who could talk him down, this administration is filled with the morally corrupt. We are going into our tenth month and we are in peril. The Democrats cannot give in. We are already suffering so this is the opportunity for the left to finally do something. I know that sounds cruel because this shutdown is hurting people right now, but if the Dems cave it will be catastrophic. To just give what we are fighting for some perspective, I was watching a video where a maga was very upset because she and her husband are self employed. He needs a prescription for a certain drug. Because they don't have insurance it would have cost them $20,000 for a month's supply. She could go to Amazon and cut that cost to $3,000, if they're Prime members. If they were insured, $12 a month. In other countries like Denmark, 20 cents a month. This is before the tariffs kick in where prices will be doubled or tripled because many of our drugs are made overseas.

So, people will die. Every one of you Trump enablers has blood on your hands. Sorry, Mike, Jesus won't be waiting for you. Well, not the Jesus you are expecting anyway. 🖕🖕🖕🖕

Denver, Dover, Dever

  OMG! Kelly Denver, I mean Dover, no, Dever was on the stand in the Karen Read Trial. Holy Moly!  In 2023, she wrote a statement claiming she saw two Canton police officers who were in the sallyport "for a wildly long time." where Karen Read's SUV had been towed. Now Devers, who gets snippy if her name is mispronounced, says that was all a false memory. She now says she wasn't even working at the time the SUV was brought in. Taking the stand on Monday, she accused the defense of angrily confronting her after learning she had changed her testimony, then Dever's states they threatened to charge her with perjury. She said she went to the FBI to make a complaint. Alan Jackson, the defense attorney asks, "Do you have a report?" Naturally, she did not, because she made no such report.  Of all the people who have pissed me off, and there is a long list, she is by far the worst. She is a cop whose recall of events is crucial. She is hostile and a terrible liar....

   Gosh, well isn't that generous. $5,000.  I'm gonna go out right now and find me an Elon, ready to spare some sperm and have me some babies. I'll be rich! Oh, wait... Ooh, that's gonna put a dent in my FA for the cause. Let's see... $5,000 - $2,854 = $2,146 left for me to... Oh, wait... Hmm... so, $70 x 12 = $840, which leaves me with $1,306. So, I will need a bassinet, crib, some bedding, burpy towels, baby wipes, baby bottles, formula, breast pump, room monitor, pediatrician, onesies, uh ... I need to work! Who's going to care for my baby while I'm gone!? I'm so tired. I can't do this. The government has shut down all assistance. What am I going to do with a baby!? I think I'll go have a glass of wine with my peeps instead. *All information Googled.
