Do Ya Feel Lucky?
How is this possible? Squatters seem to have more protection than the homeowner. This story is ridiculous. A man bought a house which came with the starter pack of squatters. They say they'll move if he pays them. The absolute balls is outrageous.
I watch the tenant/landlord squabbles on YouTube occasionally and become enraged when I see the excuses tenants give after not paying rent for months, even years. "Well, I'm not working. I have no place to go. I'm expecting that big check any day now. I'm waiting to hear from the government to support me."
It takes months, even when you do everything you're supposed to do legally to evict these losers.
Why is it nearly impossible to toss these parasites out!?
According to Wisconsin law, a squatter is not the same as a trespasser. Um, ok. What's the difference? I dunno.
Is this absolutely maddening or what? One solution to rid yourselves of these pests is to simply pay them to leave.
...
So, you wanna play those games? "You've got a ask yourself one question. Do I feel lucky? Well, do ya, punk?"
I'm not one for taking the law into your own hands, but we aren't living in normal times. Our government is f*cked, with a capital F. There is zero chance I'm going to move in or allow lazy mofo's to sit in my home.
If you can't join them, beat 'em.
