A Little Busyness

Uh, what the hell is this? I put the telly on for background noise when I'm doing things. I don't even know what station it is but it runs the same three shows every day for years. I look up to see Erika Kirk shilling for Charlie. She says for your support to the Turning Point Nazi Club you will receive Charlie's last book, published posthumously. I thought TPNC was doing well. Not that I keep tabs or anything but I thought the Mrs got a boatload of money after her beloved died. I never understood why foundations or clubs need a huge amount of money. I'll be fair and say I even question the DNC when they ask me for money. What the hell are you using it for!? My sister sent me something in the mail I had asked her to print out for me and she sent along six political pamphlets she had gotten in the mail. I texted her and lol'd because I get a few but she seems to get the mother load. She replied that the pamphlets were what she gets in a day. So, now you know what the Dems are spending your contributions on. Landfill.

Dolly Parton always says it takes a lot of money to make her look cheap. Well, someone's gotta pay for Erika's nails, fake lashes and hair extensions. We all know JD has been sidelined with the news he's gonna be a daddy again which only confirms he isn't just assaulting his couch. Well played, Usha. She knew JD was finding her dull and old compared to the leather wearing sparkly blonde who touched him so sensually.

The Mrs. was at the SOTU and had a clear view of her future husband. (Yeah, I'm still going with that) There was a woman with Erika who's daughter had been killed by a mentally ill man, but I'm not really sure what the point was having her there. Did anyone in the Trump regime bring up the two who murdered Alex Pretti? I think this is when the orange man got angry and called us crazy because we weren't moved by Erika's hanky wiping. Sorry, we've seen it before. She needs to work on it to gather any sympathy.

But back to the commercial. It definitely was aired for the right demographic since, 'Last Man Standing,' was on at the time. Sometimes having hearing loss is a blessing, plus I keep the telly on mute so I didn't have to hear the sappy pleas for money. It was bad enough watching her hold up the book of Charlie's last words. I think they're something like, "Everyone has the right to carry a gun. Ouch..."

So now I can watch Healthcare Advantage Plus scams and Erika. Or, I can just shut the TV off and get back to my busyness.

I grew up with the TV as background noise, but as I slipped into late stage Ferrermanism, I have found that I only turn it on when I want to watch something.

I'm going to try that but I think I'll fail.
